Adam Weekly - Issue # 34                    

Hello! Welcome to this week's issue...

Well, it looks like there's a lot of speculation about Edge after last week's RAW and the 20-man battle royal match that took place! In case you didn't see it, he competed in said match with 19 other hopeful superstars, the winner being awarded with a World Title shot against Chris Benoit at SummerSlam.

Throughout the majority of his time in this match, Edge teamed up with Y2J Chris Jericho. The two friends seemed to lend a hand to one another whenever each found himself in some trouble. The members of Evolution were triple-teaming Jericho, and Edge made a beeline straight for the domineering faction and helped Y2J out. Likewise, the two double-teamed on other guys, such as Rosey and Batista. Except, of course, after they'd eliminated the latter, Jericho shoved Edge off the apron, thus eliminating him from the match. Edge glared murderously up at his friend, in disbelief, but Jericho merely told him, "I had to do it."

So, where could all of this lead up to? There's been a lot of speculation online this whole week about Edge turning heel and feuding with Chris Jericho. While I personally wouldn't mind seeing the two of them in a feud or at least butting heads, I wouldn't like to see Edge as a heel again just yet. Most of the assumptions seem to say that the two will battle it out at SummerSlam. It's too early to tell, but if anything, tomorrow night's RAW might hold the answer, or at least a small clue.
