OMG!!! I was lucky enough to meet Amy when she appeared for a signing here in California a couple of weeks ago. It was a great event. She arrived right on time and the signing began promptly. Luckily, we were about 10th in line, because there had to be over a hundred people there to see her. Amy looked beautiful, as always. I was able to stand to the side of the line and take a few snapshots before my turn to meet her arrived. She even stopped and looked right at me for one of the pictures I took. I mouthed the words ‘thank you’ and she nodded. It wasn’t even my turn. I thought that was very nice of her. When my turn finally came around, I made my way to the table and she smiled and said ‘hi’. I took all of my items out for her and asked her to make them out to ‘Deena’. She said, ‘Are you Deena?’ and I said, ‘Yes’. She said, ‘It’s a pleasure to meet you’. I said the same and told her that she was my favorite of all time. She said, ‘Do you say that to everyone?’ and I said, ‘ No, you have always been my favorite and I’m a huge fan of both your wrestling and your music’. She said, ‘Thank you’. I told her that I didn’t think I would ever get to meet her. She said, ‘I know, most of the appearances are on the East Coast’. It was time for our pictures to be taken and I swear, all I remember about that is kneeling down next to her and hoping that I didn’t fall when it was time to stand up. I thanked her again and that was it. It was amazing to finally meet her. I'll never forget it!
